"We were quite impressed with the way you handled the cross-examination. You were very straight and honest answering his difficult line of questioning in a way that preserved your credibility. That’s when we both realized that you were the one who should get credit if we win a favorable verdict, which we eventually did.
"We believe your testimony was the critical element that won us the verdict we wanted. The verdict was the direct result of your testimony, the measurements you conducted and, most of all, your credibility.
"You are a very quiet type with a very sharp mind."
